Cold storage flooring

Our Polyaspartic formula will cure at temperates as low as -5°C and will be stable once cured at even lower temperatures. This makes it a great option for flooring in cold storage areas, cooling units and other low temperature spaces. Due to its excellent coverage rates, Resincoat Polyaspartic is also great for larger spaces allowing you to coat an entire warehouse sized floor in just one day.

How to install Resincoat Polyaspartic Rapid Dry Paint

Installing this coating is very easy. Like any floor coating, you should start with adequate preparation based on the type of substrate you are applying the formula to. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from contamination. The ideal level of preparation would be to grind the floor with a surface grinder, but an alternative could be using a product like Resincoat Etch & Clean. Once the floor has been prepped, mix both components of your unit together thoroughly with a drill and paddle and apply immediately using high quality, resin suitable rollers and brushes. Once applied the coating will cure off within 1 hour. If you are applying a second coat, allow the first coat of quick drying floor paint to cure and re-apply in the same manner.
