Resincoat Acid Resistant Repair 10KG

10kg - approximately 1.2m2 depending on depth of repair 

Preparation:

Before applying this product we recommend all surfaces should be clean, dry and free of all loose material. Wire brushing or sweeping is generally sufficient. If the surface is damp, it can be primed with Resincoat Tack Coat to seal the hole and to aid bonding. 

Application:

1. Mix together parts A & B with a slow speed drill and paddle thoroughly for a minimum of 90 seconds

2. Decant into a larger mixing vessel (30L for 10kg mix size). Add filler (Part C) and mix again with a larger mortar & paddle (mega mixer or similar) for a further 3 minutes until fully blended

3. Apply mortar with a steel float or trowel, compacting whilst applying. Be sure to fully fill the hole to prevent weakening of the top surface

4. Smooth the top to achieve a dense tough, long lasting finish

When applying this product we advise to take the below precautionary steps to ensure safe application.

• Wear protective gloves
• Wear eye or face protection
• Wear suitable respiratory protection in areas of low ventilation

• Food products must be removed from the area during application and cure.
