Ideal for leaking roofs & protecting against weather damage in the winter months.

Resincoat Roof Sealer & Waterproof Coating is perfect for protecting against future water damage. With excellent sealing qualities it can be used before damage to create a strong, durable seal to last through the heavy rain of the winter months or it also works excellently after damage as a repair product due to its almost instant waterproofing qualities.

 

The formula is a two part polyurethane paint that provides a smooth and tough finish. To apply, simply follow the instructions provided by mixing together parts A & B and applying the product with rollers and brushes within its 30 minute pot life. One coat is enough to achieve a fully waterproof seal but two can be applied for maximum durability in areas that are exposed to a lot of rain or other harsh weather conditions.

*Please note this product can only be applied in dry conditions.

Qualiry, effective product; excellent company - note on mixing.

To add a further note to my review - I applied two coats. Reference the use of the paddle to mix the two components,from my readings and experience it is better to mix for a longer period at a slower speed to avoid aerating the mix which will cause bubbling to appear on the surface when applied.

Qualiry, effective product; extremely helful company.

I used the roof sealer and waterproof coating on 7.1sqm of a 4cm thick re-enforced and textured concrete roof on an outbuilding. Because it was textured I used double the quantity and the roller proved ineffective. I used a small brush to work it in. This took time and effort, time beyond the 30-40 mins of the life of the tin but, given that I was working it in using a brush, in spite of it becoming 'gungy' it was useable. I used the 2.5kg tins to allow for the longer time required in applying it. The result looks good and, although not yet fully tested by the weather, I am confident that it will be effective. I have every praise for the staff and the company who were extremely helpful, responding promptly to my queries and went over and above to ensure that I received the additional batch required in a very timely manner.

Found this product online & had my husband apply it, we've been suffering from on off leaks for a while. Spoke with Saskia to ensure it would be suitable for our concrete roof, so far so good! No leaks & it offers a neat finish.
