Resincoat cold storage polyurethane joint sealant is a two part catalysed, flexible polyurethane sealant ideal for use in freezers and refrigerators down to -2°C. Boasting a rapid cure time the cold storage sealant is great for quick turnaround repairs. The product can be easily poured into any exposed joints and will provide a perfect expansion joint sealant in cold conditions.

Cold Storage Polyurethane Joint Sealant - Fast Curing Formula

This product performs well in expansion and contraction conditions, making it a perfect choice for freezers or any cold storage area with temperatures as low as -2°C. Once parts A & B are mixed, the product can be easily poured into exposed joints providing high strength repairs that will last. The fast cure formula allows you to complete time critical jobs and reopen the jobsite to traffic after a few hours once cured; maximum 12 hours at -2°C. The smooth sealant is easy to use with its pourable design, ensuring a professional finish that will last for many years. This item is highly flexible retaining full properties and memory capability while allowing normal joint movement in cold storage areas. 

Manufactured by Resincoat in the UK for guaranteed quality and performance, this product will provide quick and long lasting repairs in cold storage areas. Our high strength formula is non food tainting offering a low odour, ensuring it is safe for use in food storage areas.

Application Guide

Preparation – 
Clean the existing joint of debris and contaminants, such as oils, loose materials, dirt, rubber etc, to allow for good adhesion of the product. Expose clean rough concrete for best results. Ensure when applying this product the area is dry.

Application -
1. Thoroughly mix parts A & B of your epoxy crack repair using a drill and paddle for a minimum of 90 seconds

2. Pour the formula in to the crack distributing it evenly as you go until the crack is filled

3. Once filled allow to fully cure (12 hours at -2°C - quicker at warmer temperatures)
