Application Guide
Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean and free of loose debris. For mild cases or non-absorbent surfaces, dilute 1 part Cement, Grout & Salt Residue Remover with 4 parts cool water.
Application:
1. Dilute the remover as per severity: mild (1:4), moderate (1:1), severe (undiluted).
2. Apply evenly using a light pressure sprayer or watering can.
3. Keep surfaces wet with the solution for up to 30 minutes; reapply if drying occurs.
4. Scrub using a deck brush, nylon scrubbing pad, or rotary scrubbing machine.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water after scrubbing.
6. For severe cases, agitate immediately and leave for 5-10 minutes before scrubbing again.
7. For extremely severe cases, apply undiluted, agitate, and immediately extract using a sponge or wet vac.
8. Always rinse surfaces thoroughly with cool, clean water after treatment.
Useful Information
- Avoid using on highly polished surfaces such as polished marble, polished travertine, or polished limestone.
- Rinse any contaminated surface immediately with plenty of clean water.
- Do not apply when surfaces are extremely cold or hot; ideally, apply between 5°C to 25°C for best results.
