Our current standard dispatch estimate is 3 - 5 working days. We're working hard to dispatch orders as fast as possible. All packages will be shipped on a next day service and you will receive email notification along with tracking at the time of dispatch. Thank you for patience.

We're pleased to be offering the option of next working day delivery. You can find this option during checkout under the 'Delivery Method' tab. To be eligible for next working day, orders must be placed before 2pm. For orders containing heavy goods such as Mortars or Screeding products such as Resincoat Self Levelling Compound, orders must be submitted by 12pm to be eligible for next working day delivery. We can guarantee your order will be dispatched on a next day service, but this timescale is currently not 100% guaranteed by our courier service as they face their own challenges with reduced staffing/changes in work patterns due to the coronavirus. Our next working day service is available on selected products only.

For those unable to accept deliveries through the working week we can offer a Saturday Delivery service. Simply choose this option at checkout and we'll dispatch your parcel on a Saturday service with our courier. You will receive your goods the next available Saturday. Orders placed on a Saturday would be delivered the following Saturday. Due to the change in working patterns with couriers across the board, this is not a 100% guaranteed service.

Please note there may be some delays on pallet deliveries. The UK's pallet network has been met with an unprecedented level of challenges due to more than 12 months of disruption due to the pandemic. They continue to work proactively and professionally to meet all delivery needs however there may be some unavoidable delays in your order. For deliveries to surcharge postcodes, Northern Ireland, Ireland & Europe please contact us for a quote. All deliveries outside of the UK Mainland postcodes listed below may incur an additional shipping charge which is calculated manually.

* The cut off to time for Next Working Day Delivery is 1pm. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the following working day.

* Deliveries with our couriers can be made between the hours of 07:00 and 22:00

* Next day delivery orders placed Friday-Sunday will be despatched the following working day i.e Monday.

* Where split shipment of goods is required we will inform you by email. If you require split shipment for your own requirements please call our office.
