Uberseal Liquid DPM is a high-performance liquid damp proof membrane designed to protect walls and floors from rising damp, ground moisture and vapour. Ideal for renovation projects, this brush or roller-applied coating forms a flexible waterproof barrier that creates a dry, stable base for your chosen finish.
Suitable for use on concrete floors, brick walls, timber surfaces, retaining structures and foundations, Uberseal is the renovator’s choice for tackling damp quickly and effectively. Once cured, it must be covered with screed, plaster, tiles, wallpaper or resin flooring – it is not designed to be left as an exposed surface.
Application Instructions
Surfaces should be clean, sound and free from dust, oil, grease and loose material. The product can be applied to damp but not waterlogged substrates. Stir thoroughly before use.
For floors, apply two coats ensuring an even and complete coverage. If overcoating with screeds or resin systems, broadcast clean and dry sand onto the second coat while tacky to provide a key. Once dry, finish with screed, tiles or Resincoat epoxy floor paint. Before using Resincoat Epoxy Floor Paints an Oil Tolerant Primer is advised.
For walls, apply two to three coats depending on the severity of the damp. Internal walls should be replastered or lined once the coating is fully dry. External walls and retaining structures may require additional coats.
Drying time is approximately 4 hour to touch and 24 hours for full cure, though this will vary with site conditions. Allow at least 48 hours before plastering or backfilling.

Uberseal Liquid DPM is not a wearing surface and must always be covered with a suitable finish.

For epoxy overcoating: sand-blind the final coat while tacky, then apply Oil Tolerant Epoxy Primer before finishing with Resincoat epoxy floor paint.

Do not apply to waterlogged surfaces or in wet weather. Protect freshly applied surfaces from rain until dry.
