UberSeal 8mm Geotextile Membrane is an 8mm stud external waterproofing membrane has been combined with a layer of Geotex, which acts as a further filtration barrier for improved protection. This membrane is applied externally below ground level, in combination with a land or French drain system, to safeguard new construction basements.

UberSeal 8mm Geotextile Membrane

UberSeal 8mm Geotextile Membrane is a combination of our studded UberSeal 8mm Membrane and a non-woven geotextile made from UV-stabilized, high-strength, virgin polypropylene fibres. The combination of these two robust materials offers superior strength, elasticity, bulk, and exceptional resistance to wear. Additionally, the geotextiles undergo thermal treatment to decrease their thickness without compromising their outstanding mechanical qualities.

Designed for use externally, in conjunction with land or French drain systems, the geotextile layer is able to filter loose soil back to prevent a build-up of sediment. This enables any water to pass through, down the membrane and into the land/French drains situated under the flooring whilst protecting the integrity of the structure it protects.
