Resincoat Polyurea Joint Sealer

Resincoat Polyurea Joint Sealant is a self-levelling and very hard wearing rapid curing polyurea joint sealant material. Initial cure can be as quick as 5 minutes, enabling light levels of traffic as quickly as within 30 minutes. This allows you to complete time critical jobs and reopen the job site to traffic just thirty minutes after application in most conditions. The smooth grey sealant is easy to use ensuring a professional finish that will last for many years. This item is highly flexible retaining full properties and memory capability while allowing normal joint movement, as well as accommodating to slab movement where designed movement will occur.

Resincoat Polyurea Joint Sealant is regularly used on a range of factory and warehouse floors including loading bays, cold storage rooms and productions zones. It also has good chemical resistance and can be painted over allowing you to blend it seamlessly in to any environment. This product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, maintaining its physical properties providing a hard wearing design.

Approx. 3800mm in linear length for 5mm x 20mm joint.

Coverage can vary dependent on surface porosity, type and existing condition.

Preparation – 
Clean the existing joint of debris and contaminants, such as oils, loose materials, dirt, rubber etc, to allow for good adhesion of the product. Expose clean rough concrete for best results. Ensure when applying this product the area is dry.

Application -
1.Shake cartridge prior to all applications and each time it is used for a minimum of 1 minute

2. Remove air from system - Prime cartridge by removing retaining nut and slowly dispensing product from cartridge into the mixing nozzle.

3. Discard a small amount of product prior to application. Ratio may be slightly off when initial product travels through static mixer.

4. Once uniform mixture is observed, product is ready for application.

5. Fill in joints with the sealer 

6. Allow to cure (usually 5 – 10 mins)

Do not apply to wet or damp substrates. Excessive moisture may cause bubbles or uneven reaction.
